How many times a week can I do a facial treatment?
It’s best to use the facial mask 2-3 times a week. Some customers prefer to use it more frequently, but it’s important to allow your skin to have it’s natural oils and nutrients for optimum health. If you have oily skin from an overactive Sebaceous gland it will help balance your skin.
How long should I use it?
We recommend using it for 10-15 minutes, enough for it to fully dry on the skin and then gently exfoliate as you rinse.
Does it tingle?
Some people do feel a little tingle as the mud works to stimulate healthy blood flowing the fine capillaries of your skin. This is a good thing! Healthier blood flow means more nutrients and oxygen are getting to your cells.
