      An amazing product all around!

I usually recommend detox or epsom salt baths to my massage clients and personally partake often, the bath blend is by far my fav out of anything I’ve tried. It helps aches and pains, is extremely soothing for my skin(especially during winter months), and has a gentle scent that leaves a hint of aromatherapy. Love this product!!

      Bath salt

This is a good product. There was no intense smell which I appreciated. My only critique is that I would love a larger size! I use salts often and this lasted for 2 soaks in my large tub. Otherwise, no complaints

      FAQ

Does it work for athletes and sore muscles?

Absolutely. Our ingredients have shown to help reduce inflammation and calm muscles.

Why do you add the different ingredients?

While Epsom salt is amazing on it's own, we wanted to add dead sea salt for the various minerals and unique properties to it. We added essential oils for the skin, joints and muscles.

Can I use this before/after pregnancy?

This bath salt blend was formulated as our gift to moms. Whether you have achy joints, swollen feet, headaches, stretching skin or lower back aches- we want to help you treat yourself to a relaxing bath. After pregnancy it can be used as a sitz bath. We always suggest moms consult their physician.

How much Epsom salt for bath?

The beauty of our bath blend is, unlike with a bath bomb that forces you to use a certain amount, you can use as much or little as you need. If you want just a relaxing bath or shallow sitz bath, you can use a tablespoon or two. If you ache head to toe you can use 3-4 tablespoons or more. It all depends on your preference.

      What is Epsom salt?

The power of Epsom salt lies in a simple nutrient - magnesium. Magnesium deficiency is increasingly common and can result in symptoms ranging from anxiety and depression to muscle cramps and fatigue. Since skin is your body’s largest organ and readily absorbs anything that’s on it, regular Epsom salt baths are great to take regularly.

      Epsom salt bath benefits

Epsom salt benefits can include reduced muscle discomfort, lower inflammation and even decreased stress.

      Epsom salt uses

Epsom salt, along with the other ingredients we've added to our bath blend can be used for:

      • Aching feet
      • Back discomfort
      • Inflammation
      • Rashes and itchy bug bites

What do I do if I experience burning or irritation?

First, we recommend testing a sample for any allergies. Allergies are very rare (less than 1%) but it’s best to be safe. We recommend testing on your inner wrist since that is more sensitive skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.
