You don't need an expensive or time-consuming routine to get clear skin. Here's how to improve your skin easily in just two weeks.

I’ve got something to confess. At one point I didn't take as good care of my skin as I should have. Sure, I washed my makeup off every night and, because I only used plant-based products, my skin was much clearer than it could've been.

Truthfully, when you're running a skincare company and have two kids it can be a little difficult to give your skin the attention it needs. I had small bumps on my neck and cheeks and my pores never seemed to be clean. I didn’t feel comfortable going out in public with no makeup on and I hated letting people stand too close to me. To say the least, I had to figure out what to do! That's why I developed a 4-step routine to combat acne even before it starts to show up!

Acne tends to start developing a few weeks before you start to see (and feel) blemishes popping up on your skin. Typically, the condition develops when oil and dirt become trapped in the pores on your face. This can be caused by an overproduction of oil, or sebum, as well as a build-up of bacteria.

Acne can take the form of whiteheads or blackheads, known as comedones. Lifestyle habits, such as smoking and diet, can also contribute to the development of acne. Stress, hormonal imbalances, and genetics are factors that can make you more prone to the condition too.

Step 1: Keep Your Face Clean to get Clear skin

There are many things you can do to help fight acne to get clear skin, but washing your face morning and night is an important to get clear skin. Religiously washing your face removes excess oil, dirt, and dead skin as well as what isn’t so obvious - the amount of pollution and environmental gunk that is sitting on your face and get clear skin as you read this.

It is also important to use a botanical makeup remover it will help you in getting clear skin. Not doing so can lead to inflammation that creates free radicals on your clear skin. This can cause premature aging. Dr. Robins Ashinoff, Director of Cosmetic Dermatology at Hackersack Medical Center, says:

“When makeup is left on, it blocks

 the natural exfoliating process, which

can leave your skin looking dull.”

Not washing your face leads to clogged pores and as we get older, enlarged pores.

Keep your skin clean and smooth with a food-grade face wash that is pH balanced for skin, such as our Tea Tree Cleanser. this will help you to get clear skin naturally.

Our Tea tree cleanser is made With all-natural ingredients like pomegranate seed oil and dandelion root, it’s the perfect solution to get clear skin and oil-free.

Step 2: Exfoliate Regularly

The next important step in to get clear skin is exfoliating 2-3 times a week.

The older we are, the more our skin’s natural ability to shed dead skin cells decreases, resulting in the old skin cells building up, causing dull, flaky skin, (my biggest problem).

Using a good microdermabrasion face scrub, such as our Revive+ Face Exfoliation scrub helps to remove the dead skin, and allows our fresh, new skin to breathe.

Our specially formulated Manuka honey and walnut formula will really bring out your skin’s inner glow in just minutes!

This can help fight acne, redness, and oily skin. For the best results, try our extra soothing and nourishing Tea Tree Cream.

With ingredients such as green tea extract, hyaluronic acid, goldenseal, and more, this moisturizer provides the skin with all the essential nutrients it needs to heal, rejuvenate, and glow.

Step 4: Adjust Your Diet

Finally, and most importantly, drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated this will be quite helpful in getting clear skin.

You’d be surprised how much skin damage is caused by diet. Keeping your skin free from toxins and chemicals is key to looking young into your later years also for clear skin.
