DOMESTIC SHIPPING

To make shipping costs as affordable as possible we offer 3 methods: DHL Ground (4-8 business days), USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days), and FedEx 2 Day (2 business days). You will automatically receive free DHL Ground on all orders over $30.00.

Ordered are fulfilled with 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Shipping time starts from shipping confirmation.

60 Day Love It Or Your Money Back Guarantee

We know how hard it is to find products for skin, which is why we offer a “Love Your Skin Or Your Money Back” 60 day guarantee. As a family owned company with products made in the USA, we take customer satisfaction quite seriously.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 2-3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days of your refund notification contact your credit card company, it may take longer before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@eraorganics.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@eraorganics.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with our products and service. Due to shipping costs we do not offer the 60 Money Back Guarantee described above on international orders. This includes any promotions for warranties or extended warranties included within our product packaging. Below are our specific rules on international orders.

Cancellations and Order Edits

We ship out products as quickly as possible. As soon as a payment is received and the order is confirmed we start the shipping process. There is a very small window when we can edit or cancel orders. If we can catch it in time we will be glad to assist you. If the time to make changes or cancel has passed, the sale will go through as it was ordered. Edits can not include adding products, it would need to be canceled and a new order created. If you want to cancel or edit your order, email us at help@eraorganics.com with the subject line "Cancellation" or "Edit Order" and include your full name and order number.

Import fees

The customer is responsible for all import fees. They are also responsible for ensuring the product is eligible to be imported into their country.

Refunds

In order to receive a refund items must be shipped back to Era Organics at the expense of the customer. We will not refund the original price of shipping (we do not make profit on shipping). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Damaged or Lost Products

We are not responsible for any damage done to products during shipping. Even though all orders are shipped with tracking, we are not responsible for any orders lost during shipping.

Expired or Wrong Products

If you receive an expired or wrong product we will issue you a full refund for the product and cost of shipping OR send you a replacement product completely free of charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind on international orders unless we determine they were damaged or defective before being shipped.

Gifts

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any items received as a gift on international orders.
