Do you have any samples?

As of right now, we don’t have sample sizes. We’re a relatively small family run business but do hope to offer samples in the near future. In the mean time, we do have a 60 day “love it or your money back” guarantee. If you don’t like the product, for whatever reason, just return it for a full refund.

 

Do you have any deals or coupons?

Where are your products made?

While we source unique products from all around the world, all of our products are made right here in the USA.

 

Do you do any testing on animals?

No, our products are 100% cruelty free proudly hold the PETA symbol. In fact, our dogs come to the office every day, so we are very animal friendly.

 

Are your products gluten free?

Yes all of our products are gluten free, safe for celiacs.

 

What’s the difference between “natural” and “organic”?

For a product to be considered organic, it needs to be at least 75% USDA certified organic ingredients and to get the USDA Certified Organic seal, needs to be 95% organic while also not having ingredients that are not excluded from their approved list. There really aren’t any regulatory requirements for a product to be considered “natural”. There are, however, some ingredients such as preservatives that are approved for natural products.

 

Are your products 100% organic?

Simply put, no. But, our USDA Certified products are at least 95% organic, per their requirements. Unfortunately, some products just don’t perform well on your skin or hair when all organic. But in those cases, we opt for non-toxic, GMO free ingredients. Some ingredients like manuka honey, cehami extract, minerals, etc. aren’t eligible for USDA certification at this time.

 

Why do you use preservatives in some of your products?

In water based products (such as creams, lotions or cleansers) you either need to have a preservative or a certain percentage of alcohol to help kill microbes. Without some type of preservative, most products would be a cesspool for mold, fungus, bacteria, etc. In order to get the USDA certified organic seal, you have to use organic alcohol. In some cases, for the sake of product performance and feel, we elect to use the preservative but use the most gentle, non-toxic preservatives we can find. 

Some companies don’t list a preservative in their ingredients because they are found in their “raw” ingredients. We feel that is unethical and would rather be more transparent.

 

Why do you have so many ingredients in your products?

Rather than having hundreds of products, we prefer to make products that can work for as many skin conditions and skin types as possible. We would rather focus on results and happy customers than marketing ploys. Most of our products have a wide variety of ingredients to offer more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and healthy qualities for your skin.

 

Is there a limit to how much I can use your products?

For most of our products, you can use as much as your skin needs. We use mostly organic, food grade ingredients. In some cases, such as our face scrub or Dead Sea mud mask, we recommend using less frequently to allow your skin to retain vital nutrients and oils for proper health and function. Be sure to check directions for each individual product. We always recommend testing a sample for potential allergies. Luckily they are pretty rare (less than 1% of customers)

 

How do I know which product is right for me?

Most products work for a variety of skin conditions and skin types, but if the information on the product pages isn’t enough, feel free to contact us anytime. We usually reply same day.

 

What do I do if I experience irritation? 

First, we recommend testing a sample for any allergies. Allergies are very rare (less that 1%) but it’s best to be safe. We recommend testing on your inner wrist since that is more sensitive skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.

 

What if I don’t like the product?
