Thank God for your product! My wife and I have been thru so many products trying to moisturize our sons skin and by God’s grace we came across this product on google. It is literally the ONLY lotion/cream that doesn’t make our son break out in hives and rashes. I just needed to say thank you for your products.       How often can I use it?

      As often as you need it! Unlike prescription creams and medications, there aren’t dangerous side effects to gentle organic ingredients.

      How should we test a sample?

      It’s always best to test a sample to healthy, undamaged skin. We suggest the inner wrist or inner elbow since that tends to be more sensitive skin.

      What do I do if I experience burning or irritation?

      First, we recommend testing a sample for any allergies. Allergies are very rare (less than 1%) but it’s best to be safe. We recommend testing on your inner wrist since that is more sensitive skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.

      Odd smell

      I don't plan on reordering this cream, it has a very odd smell almost like it is rancid. I tried it on my face but could not get past the smell.
      Maybe it is past its shelf life, if that is a thing.

      Went bad after a few weeks

      I really liked the ointment, it worked well on eczema dry skin. After a few weeks, it started to smell rancid and lost about half of the container.

      My daughter is 7, since she was about 5 she has suffered extremely dry cracked eczema skin on her hands. So bad that they would be red, inflamed, bleeding. Nothing we tried would help her. It would either burn her skin so bad or it wouldn’t do anything to ease her inflammation. I stumbled on this page by an ad on Facebook and I was skeptical about trying just because it was Facebook. I went ahead and took the leap and I have to say that it has made me a customer for life. My daughters hands have healed so well with it and I couldn’t be more happy.
