Epsom salt does a great job on it's own, but there are so many other ingredients that could be added to it. And that's why we made a blend of ingredients that will put bath bombs to shame.
Epsom salt is rich in magnesium which is key to optimum health. It helps relax muscles, eliminate toxins, reduce stress, and easy pain and inflammation.

Does it work for athletes and sore muscles?
Absolutely. Whether you're just sore from the gym, have a torn muscle or inflamed joints our ingredients are shown to help reduce inflammation, soothe muscles and boost recovery.
Why do you add the different ingredients?
While Epsom salt is amazing on it's own, we wanted to add dead sea salt for the various minerals and unique properties to it. We added essential oils for the skin, joints and muscles but they also provide a relaxing aromatherapy element to your baths.
How much do I use?
The beauty of our bath blend is, unlike with a bath bomb that forces you to use a certain amount, you can use as much or little as you need. If you want just a relaxing bath or shallow sitz bath, you can use a tablespoon or two. If you ache head to toe you can use 3-4 tablespoons or more. It all depends on your preference.
Can I use this before/after pregnancy?
This bath salt blend was formulated as our gift to moms. Whether you have achy joints, swollen feet, headaches, stretching skin or lower back aches- we want to help you treat yourself to a relaxing bath. After pregnancy can be used as a sitz bath for hemorrhoids, inflammation and irritated skin. We always suggest moms consult their physician.
